- Basic technical information captured with submissions: IP address (hashed for abuse prevention), user agent, and timestamp.
- Information shared during engagement, subject to the relevant engagement contract and NDA.

- To maintain a record of the communication for legitimate business purposes.
- To prevent abuse of our public forms.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your submission to train AI models.
4. Where it lives
Contact form submissions are delivered via Resend and retained in our internal systems. Hosting is provided by Vercel (edge and serverless regions: TBC). Analytics providers and cookie usage: TBC.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (UK GDPR, EU GDPR, Swiss FADP, and others) you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email privacy@shsadvisory.com.

The site uses only essential cookies required for core functionality. Analytics and marketing cookies are currently disabled pending review.
